13 Years

Hello my blogging world! I'm sitting here, chilling in my pj's after getting 6hrs of sleep, after working alllll night and I'm happy oh so happy. Today is our anniversary...13yrs and I love my man more with each passing day. It is amazing to me to see how far we've come and how we have succeeded. The journey was not easy... but then life isn't easy, nor should it be. Our first couple years (2yrs) we're filled with the glow of 'ohh we're married' after that the reality of growing up and moving through life hit us... then we really had to learn how to keep going even when we were so tired of trying. So many things get in the way; emotions, life problems but instead of those defeating us we rose above them and became stronger. Becoming better friends, people and lovers in the process. After about year 9, it's just been golden. We have our communication down and we understand and accept eachother as we are. That is priceless.
So to my best friend, my lover, my husband...
Thank you, thank you for 13 wonderful years and I am looking forward to our years to come.
