Birthday Weekend

Ahhhh... what a wonderful weekend. :)
Friday started off normal, headed to work, after work headed to M's volleyball game and than home again. Then I packed, comfy clothes, spiritual stuff and me. Headed over to B's new pad where my bf and gf were waiting to begin our Woo night. After a few hours of visiting and truth the time was almost midnight...
Time to celebrate my birth, 31 years ago.
We laughed, gave gifts, did a tartot card spread and than we filled up the jacuzzi hot tub and cleansed our bodies and souls in joy and laughter. Rejoicing in our womanhood.
Went to bed and had the amazing gift of waking up with no responsibilities and at my own pace. My birth day was slow and easy, surrounded by my woo. Sitting by the fire watching the spring snow fall. Later in the afternoon Kris came in to visit and bath with us. Yes we did another jacuzzi, with all the frills of women. Hair moisturizer, face masks and painted our toes.
That night my gf took my two remaining blessings (M was at her bf house)so my man and I could have a quite night out and come home to our house with no one else around. A night of snuggles, long talks and deep love followed. ;) Got to wake up again with no responsibilities and at my own pace.
After our family of 5 came back together we had a wonderful dinner and quite family time.

Life Update

Hello! Hello! I'm here... really I am. Or at least I'm pretending to be. Got the final word on our house situation and ... we will be moving to another home (4bdrm YEA!!) on base. Our move dates are over the full moon in April. Am looking forward to having enough room for all of us. Being able to spend time with each child in their own space. Ahhh.
Now, I'm in that pause between where I need to finish clearing out the clutter and recycling the clothes and toys to others. The weather is cooperating with this by being sunny and Alaska warm (in the 25-30 range)snow is melting, water is dripping and we're up to a bit over 11 hours of daylight. Yea! Sunshine!!

Ah Monday Monday

Ok now I do realize it is Tuesday but because I hid out all day Monday and ran away to visit the Oracle with my girl...today is my Monday. My freash start to the week. Felt drawn to pull tarot cards last night on the quarter moon. Ended up getting, Futility, Stress and the Ace of Water. Powerful truths from the universe. Am more centered and living in my now.

Thank goodness it's Friday. This has been a looong week. At work now was lucky this a.m. and got a massage from my bf B :). Yea!! The clouds have rolled in here, so it is warmer but now we can't see the mountains... guess there's just no satisfying me. lol. Just realized that my post yesterday was all about how cold it is and than I put a picture taken in the fall of '05 in it. :P

Chilly Day

Oh the weather outside is frightful and I wish I had a fire that was delightful. Jack frost is blowing down our Alaskan backs. After last week of warm weather, this week of COLD weather seems extra harsh. The williaw winds slip down your coat and freeze you from the inside out.

hello to the blog world out there!!
It's hump day and the week already seems to long. Got our moving papers just last week so the universe is definitly saying it's time to move. Now the question is where will we move?? To another home on base or to a home of our own. Either way it ends up we will have a roof over our heads and finally 4bdrms. Now the trick is for me to just relax and go with the chaos.
